Suspenders And Nylons


















INGREDIENTS for 4 people


1 cabbage 500g of bacon, sausage
gr.100
2 carrots

1 onion salt pepper extra virgin olive oil


In a saucepan, brown the sausages, skinned and cut into small pieces along with the bacon cubes.
remove with a slotted spoon and keep aside.
Remove all the fat from the pan, add a little olive oil with chopped onion and carrots and cook.
cut into strips Combine the cabbage, bacon and sausages.
Season with salt and pepper and cook (about 1 ½ hours), adding water if necessary.
