American Crocodile Vs. American Alligator

yogurt flavored with tangerine

















INGREDIENTS for 4 people

20 prawns
300 g of fat greek yogurt
2 tangerines

salt pepper 1 tablespoon chopped chives


Shell the shrimp, remove the black thread and steam 4 to 5 minutes.
Squeeze the tangerine juice and mix with yogurt.
Add salt, chives and pepper.
Add the shrimp to the sauce or serve separately.
