carpaccio with mustard cabbage and sausage burritos





















Ingredients for 4 people


gr.600
of ground beef 2 onions 1 clove garlic

1 / 2 cup white wine
ml.50
of tomato sauce 1 / 2 red pepper
1 / 2 bell pepper green chili salt

2 cans red beans 2
mozzarella
8 tortillas
extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan

combine a chopped onion to the ground and cook with a little olive oil, deglaze with white wine.
Add the diced peppers, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and cook with 1 / 2 cup water.
Drain a can of beans and blend the other with its liquid. Then place the beans in a saucepan with the other onion and garlic and cook slowly, stirring often.
Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
Arrange each tortilla on the meat, beans, and then the mozzarella. Close
well and wrap each with foil, leaving a small opening at the top.
Place the cones in the oven at 200 degrees for about ten minutes.
