light salad of shrimp with vegetables
INGREDIENTS for 4 people
1 red bell pepper 2 carrots 2 zucchini
1 leek
gr. 100 of yogurt
gr.80 natural
tuna 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 1 bunch of parsley
some basil leaves salt pepper
Cut bell pepper, carrots and zucchini into pieces about 2 cm.
Slice the leek into thin rounds.
Place in steamer basket of carrots and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the other vegetables and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, drain tuna and place it in a blender with the basil, parsley and vinegar.
Blend all the ingredients and add yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the vegetables accompanied by the sauce.
