Curtain Jabot Patterns

Montoro grilled onions
















INGREDIENTS for 4 people

auburn Montoro
4 onions 1 / 2 cup balsamic vinegar salt


pepper extra virgin olive oil

Cut the onions into slices about 1 / 2 cm. thick and place on red-hot plate turning often, until cooked.
then sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and let it evaporate.
Season with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
