Monthly Financial Report Sample

of vol-au-vent


















INGREDIENTS for 4 people

12 vol-au-vent
gr.100 goat cheese
gr.80
a smoked salmon and sour cucumber
gr.100 ricotta
gr.80 canned tuna
salt, pepper, chives


Blend the goat cheese with salt, pepper, salmon and cucumber.
Mix the tuna well drained with salt, pepper, ricotta cheese and chives.
Distribute the two compounds in the vol-au-vent and decorate as desired.
