fillets of cod and chicken soup
INGREDIENTS for 4 people
gr.600 between chicken and cod fillets
500g of tomato puree 1 large onion
copper
2 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons chopped parsley salt pepper
extra virgin olive
In a saucepan, with a little 'oil, to cook the onion and chopped garlic, add the tomato puree, salt and pepper. Bake for about 15 minutes.
Cut fish fillets into large pieces and add them to the tomatoes along with the wine.
Cover and cook for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Accompany the soup with slices of toasted bread.
