INGREDIENTS for 4 people

a small cap

5 or 6 apples 2 tablespoons yogurt 1 teaspoon horseradish

3 tablespoons vinegar
apples, lemon juice, salt, pepper


Mix the peeled apples, lemon juice because it does not blacken the yogurt and mix the horseradish, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Thinly slice the cap and dress with the sauce.
Cook fifteen minutes before serving.

In a saucepan cook the onion and garlic, add the pureed tomato, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook for half an hour (the sauce should be quite thick), complete with chopped basil.

In a baking dish spread a layer of tomato sauce, eggplant and then another and then a few tablespoons of cream cheese. Continue with the layers and finish with the cream.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
